Process description

  1. Definition - In the first stage of the process, together with you, we define the parameters of the project, the services, the materials, the prices and the terms for the adjustment
  2. Preparation - In the second stage we create a channel for secure exchange of data and produce the necessary materials for the project implementation (blanks, envelopes, advertising materials)
  3. Development - We program a data processing script, prepare customized emails for a template, generate and send text files for printing
  4. Execution - We process the database and prepare customized messages, print and envelop the letters, deliver to a mailbox or a signature (with a subcontractor)
  5. Reporting - We prepare and provide a report about unsubscribed letters indicating a specific reason for incomplete delivery, returning to you or destroying undelivered letters
  6. Closure - We delete all databases provided for processing
